About Us
I’m Sam, the founder of Aligned. My journey into hybrid rehab and performance coaching started over a decade ago, and it's been shaped by my career as a competitive athlete, academia and real-world experience on the gym floor.
My Qualifications:
- BSc in Sport & Exercise Science
- MSc in Strength & Conditioning
- BSc in Physiotherapy
My Coaching Background:
- Coaching CrossFit since 2013
- Coached and competed around the world
- Worked with athletes across the globe, from local competitors to elite performers
- Blending evidence-based rehab with high-performance training principles
Through years of study and coaching across diverse environments, I’ve seen what truly works when it comes to long term athlete development and what leads athletes into the injury cycle.
